Prostate Cancer JOURNEY MAP

Metamark Genetics, a leader in comprehensive urological cancer care, asked me to help with foundational user research, strategy development, UX, content and communication design for and with their various audiences – physicians, researchers, patients, & caregivers. 

Customer experience maps can play an important role in transforming research insights into tangible tools for cross-organizational viewing and working sessions. Highlighting opportunities for organizations to intervene often provides healthy constraints for ideation sessions, all the while representing user perspectives. This Prostate Cancer Patient Journey map is one visual example of the deliverables I provided to help bring user voice to strategies and communications.
