COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR Orthopedic Patients

Physicians have a lot on their plates. Beyond building their practice, juggling daily patient caseloads, and administrative work – they need to know-all and be a clinical, emotional and educational resource to their patients.

As Patient Experience Designer at Brainlab, I worked with internal teams to expand their clinical communication strategies with patient outreach tools and materials. To this end, I provided creative strategy and direction on an e-health strategy, user-centered patient report, and patient communications kit for orthopedic surgeons to educate and engage their patients about image-guided surgery.
